The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This shipper tried to get me to take second load. He said it was close to the other. I did not know it at the time, but that is not allowed and is circumvention. Not only that, but I was in an accident which I have sent the proof to Uship support, He called me a liar. This is not the ideal situation for me to be in with the buyer. He is RUDE and is trying to not pay fees with Uship. I will not break any rules nor will I break any laws for anyone. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Service provider calls me 5 minutes after he picks up and informs me that he needs to stand the cabinet up on 1 end to make room for more shipments. I instructed him to bring the shipment back that he was not to stand a 72" cabinet on its end. In the future I guess I need to put that in the instructions? This is a first for me.

the picture shown in the listing, was not what they tried to have me ship. then they were just like oh it's a generic picture. No it is a completely different piece and you misrepresented you shipment. Not cool!!!!
