The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider didn't show up on Monday as scheduled

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Service provider calls me 5 minutes after he picks up and informs me that he needs to stand the cabinet up on 1 end to make room for more shipments. I instructed him to bring the shipment back that he was not to stand a 72" cabinet on its end. In the future I guess I need to put that in the instructions? This is a first for me.

the picture shown in the listing, was not what they tried to have me ship. then they were just like oh it's a generic picture. No it is a completely different piece and you misrepresented you shipment. Not cool!!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver was already 2 hours past me when I accepted his bid. He's not able to pick it up

Wants me to cancel says he doesn't know how but shows 3 on his profile.
I don't want the cancellation to show up on my profile.
