A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper not able to deliver within dates requested.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy says he is not aware he booked this shipment. When I finally reached him he said he would call me back to make arrangements for pick up and delivery by the 12th of August. That was a week and a half ago. My customer is very upset with me and uship.
