Steve's communication was perfect from the get go, picked up right on time and delivered before schedule. My customers were very impressed. Rates a 10 + in my book!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After waiting days for a call back after begging for some form of communication he told me he would be here on Thursday. Then there was bad weather another day or two delay. Then there was truck problems!! Give me a break get rid of this guy he is badddd news for your company. My customer is really upset with me and will probably cancel her order because of this clown!!!
