Anthony was a great service provider and was patient when I couldn't provide a phone number for the receiver of the shipment until I returned from out of town. I would highly recommend him when you need a reputable, professional service provider that is punctual and courteous!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I booked the shipment knowing that the provider had requested a one day earlier pick-up. They showed up two days early and the shipment was not ready. I told them they were a day early and that due to the rain the shipment would not be ready the following day. They showed up again anyway.
After using uShip several times and being EXTREMELY pleased with the service, communication, professionalism of all the previous shippers, I am not feeling that way about this shipper.

Jason was very professional. He stayed in contact to let me know his estimated arrival time and his estimated drop off time. He included both myself and my customer in all correspondence once the load had been picked up and until it had been dropped. He was courteous, professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Jason and plan on requesting a quote from him in the future.

Gary was outstanding from on-time pick up to on-time delivery. He communicated through-out the process and even provided white glove service at the delivery location even though he was not asked to do so!! I would highly recommend Gary at Simpson Transport and plan on using him again in the future!
