Spoke with the customers about getting his insurance through uShip. He declined at the time he posted the shipment and asked us to provide it free. Response from Randy H.: We took a chance and booked 6 shipments with a NEW carrier who had no reviews. We called to request insurance documents and carrier indicated he would bring them at pick up. He was running late so we called. When confirming that he would be bringing insurance documents he indicated he didn't have sufficient insurance after initially saying he did.
We cancelled with this carrier because he misrepresented his insurance coverage.
