The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it He changed the date of pick up. Response from Randy H.: Shipper did not misrepresent, customer went out of town.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I tried to call and text Response from Randy H.: No call or text was received. When carrier finally responded, he said he wasn't going as far as Key West after booking it.
