I recently arrived to DC from Moscow. My wife is on the way, but she needed to send our beloved cat. Of course, it was a big deal, like sending your child. I was very worried that she would be ok, and cared for coming to a new country, and especially traveling long distance from Moscow to DC. I worried that perhaps there could be an Unforseen Customs issue, or some other type of delay. Mark took care of all the paperwork, and even called in advance to make sure the process would go smoothly. He arrived on time, and even paid unforseen Customs fees for me. The cat arrived at 8 PM and got through Customs at JFK at about 9PM. Mark went through the trouble of driving from JFK to my aparment in DC late at night to insure that I would get my cat without delay. He arrived about 4 hours later at 1AM with my cat safe and sound. I was elated and could finally relax. Mark took care of my pet as if it were his own, and I really appreciate the fact that he knew I could not relax until the cat arrived. Therefore, he promply delivered the cat with delay. Its good to know that there are people so trustworthy when you are counting on it. Thanks!
