All communication is through the uShip account message system, you do not exchage phone numbers until you accept a bid. Pet shipping services wanted about $675 -- completely out of the question if you are living on student loans! I saved $482. Pembinetransport was quick to answer all my calls, emails, and texts. I definitely recommend, he was very accommodating picking my cat up from the vet. I will use uShip again!
