This was our second time using uShip for our dog and we have had two very successful experiences. We are a military family and we had to ship a family pet from one post to another and we didn't want to put her through the trauma of flying. Both shippers were great with communication and care of our pet. Our most recent shipper, George, was most compassionate as he had to deal with our weeping soldier daughter who had to ship her pet to us as she is unable to bring her to her next duty station. He comforted her and helped her deal with her anxiety about letting her dog go. I don't think we saved much by shipping through uShip but since we didn't want to fly her, we appreciate the option that UShip offers. The uShip website is easy to use and I would use it again for any future shipping needs.
