Mark was more than professional --He went the extra mile to see that I recieved my cat quickly after arrival to JFK.He took care of unforseen Customs issues, and was responsive to all my concerns about timely and safe delivery. He seemed really concerned about the well being of my cat during transport, and insured that she was comfortable and fed.I would not hesitate to use his service again. Extremely reliable person, who delivered my to DC within hours of recieving it.I Highly recommend him.
