There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Met with shipper 8/15/08,He was unable to ship at that time as one of the units would not start. Repair parts were needed that would not be available for days. I could not wait as other shipments need attention. We agreed that He would reship later. Please cancel match as no blame due to circumstances beyond our control. R Hoffman service provider
