No response to initial emails for 5 days then pickup location changed, pickup location contact unresponsive to phone calls, yet still delivered ONTIME! EXTREMELY UNFAIR RATING

NOT 30 days late.picked up 1/18/13 delivered 1/28/13. Weather/road conditions delayed delivery several times. Its winter! I maintained communication with the recipient of the item despite the delays. Recipeient was very happy with service. Upon delivery the shipper refused to pay for transport. bottom line,- the buyer was happy with the service and i did my job. I will continue to offer a fast courteous service at a great price! I have hundereds of reviews that show the true picture. thanks

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After accepting my bid, the customer refused to pay half my fee upfront (to help with my costs, i.e. trailer rental/fuel) it was plainly stated in my bid that this is a requirement. Im unable to accomodate this customer without him upholding his end of our contract. I made every attempt to do all i could, even went to where this load was located to see if they would put it on my flat bed truck, they werent comfortable with it being loaded that way either so i have to cancel this shippment. Thank

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They will not return phone calls. They were to be here on the 10/3/18 then called and said it would be the 4th which I was fine with. I have tried to call them and there is no answer and no return call it is now the 5th and still no call.

BEFORE I ACCEPTED THEIR BID I EMAILED SCOTT ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE AND HIS EXACT WORDS WERE THAT HE WOULD ASSURE ME THAT THE MACHINE WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 6/11/2016. SCOTT IS A BROKER THAT HIRED A TRUCKER TO PICK UP THE MACHINE. WHEN THE TRUCKER CONTACTED ME LAST NIGHT AT 9;30 HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO LOAD THIS IN THE BED OF HIS TRUCK. THIS MOWER IS AS BIG AS HIS TRUCK! HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED ON THE 11TH IT WOULD BE DELIVERED MONDAY THE 13TH. THIS IS NOT A
