The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This lawnmower is being picked up today . Within the 5 days mentioned in bid. and will be delivered within the 5 days of bid. Customer requested delivery on Saturday yet his new listing shows the 13th as i had originally agreed,within 5 days of pickup......Im holding up my end of the bid,,,, SO SHOULD HE

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service providers drivers was arrested and put in jail for having marijuana in their truck that they were using to pick up my load and could not pick up since they were in jail. I was told this by phone by Charles who owns the shipping company. I now want to cancel this shipment.

Steven is great!! Was in touch all the time and took great care of my shipment! Answered the phone every time that I called which most do not. Give this guy a chance he is good.
