After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider There has been almost no cummuacation with them. I have asked the shipper to call me with email and he will not. This is a broker and I belive that he has under bid.

Less Than Truckload was clearly marked as the kind of transport this would be. I had a carrier lined up for taking the item at the price agreed upon (Not under bid at all); however, the customer did not want to go through with the shipment because he wanted an Independent to take the load instead. I suggested he do that then, but insisted he should look more closely at the like of transportation I selected.
