Less Than Truckload was clearly marked as the kind of transport this would be. I had a carrier lined up for taking the item at the price agreed upon (Not under bid at all); however, the customer did not want to go through with the shipment because he wanted an Independent to take the load instead. I suggested he do that then, but insisted he should look more closely at the like of transportation I selected.

Worse experience that I have ever had with uship. Equipment was delivered 30 DAYS LATE!!! Mitchell would not return a call for 2 weeks!! Finally got a call when he wanted the code to get paid. I will not use him again. There are to many respectable drivers on uship to use instead of him.

I WAS NOT 30 DAYS LATE .picked up 1/18/13 delivered 1/28/13. Weather/road conditions delayed delivery several times. Its winter! I maintained communication with the recipient of the item despite the delays. Recipeient was very happy with service. Upon delivery the shipper refused to pay for transport. bottom line,- the buyer was happy with the service and i did my job. 1 neg review out of 188 speaks for itself. Brad will get over it

No response to initial emails for 5 days then pickup location changed, pickup location contact unresponsive to phone calls, yet still delivered ONTIME! EXTREMELY UNFAIR RATING

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When he finds out that the trailer will cost $600 to rent, he calls and says that he does not have enough money for fuel to delv. the load. When he calls I am in Texas 900 miles from home and there is little that I can do to get him money.

It was in black and white on the bid that 1/2 is required upfront. And uhaul rental was mentioned before he accepted. I have been in trucking for over 40 years.
