The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier failed to communicate for 4 days after booking. Even after uShip support got involved and carrier assured he would meet the pick up date, the carrier still didn't communicate and didn't show for the pick-up date range of 5 days. He booked and left us hanging for 2 weeks and has still not communicated. There is NO EXCUSE for failing to communicate or cancel. UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE! Don't book with this carrier unless you want the worst service possible... OR NO service in thi
