The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier failed to communicate for 4 days after booking. Even after uShip support got involved and carrier assured he would meet the pick up date, the carrier still didn't communicate and didn't show for the pick-up date range of 5 days. He booked and left us hanging for 2 weeks and has still not communicated. There is NO EXCUSE for failing to communicate or cancel. UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE!
