A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I gave the customer 24 hours to give me the shipping details of delivery. I travelled to the pick up and asked the customer again for the ship to address. I tried calling the customer 3 times, and was unable to get through, the customer is in Ghana so that may have been the problem. After an hour of waiting at the pickup area, ready to transport, I still did not have the ship to address. After informing the customer I was going to cancel because I could not continue to wait, he was unable

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I bid on this shipment for a AM pickup on 12/2. The bid was accepted on 12/2 at 1:06 pm and we were 3 hours past the pickup city and almost to the delivery area. Since we got the acceptance so late, we are not able to double back 3 hours and make this haul. I was able to talk to the customer briefly on the phone but found it difficult to communicate. The customer's phone # was an International #. I hate that the timing didn't work out but I don't have anyway to accomodate this shipment. Plea

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have a driver set up it is still within the three day shipping time. The customer never provided the buyer number in time and my driver had to leave

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Its been over 2 weeks and I can not get a hold of the customer.

As per previous statments to uship member service personnel, e.g., Robby T. and others on 4/1/14, I decided to cancel this shipment due to non-payment of the storage fee of $760.00 by the shipper who resides in Africa. Plus the fact that I waited over 7 hours at the pickup point in Miami,FL for the shipper to resolve the storage fee problem. Today, 4/23/13, I spoke to Monica at uship member service and she said she submit a ticket on this matter to get this removed from my transactions list. I d

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The reason for the cancellation is the order originally stated that there would be one car to be shipped... after speaking with the customer directly there are two vehicles. We have no problem transporting the cars however additional compensation for the second load is needed.
