After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The car is at a auction and has a 600.00 storage fee. told the customer about this two days before I was picking up and he told me it would be paid by the time I got there, showed up fee was never paid. Called customer and he told me if i wanted the job i would have to pay the storage fee and he would pay me back , I do not do business like this.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I arrived at the auction company to pick up vehicle. I discovered that all the necessary fees were not paid to release the vehicle. I tried to contact the shipper and could not reach him. After staying at the site for an hour and a half, I left the site. The customer call me after I left and asked if I could pay the fees and I would be reimbursed. I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that and I asked if he could call the auction site and take care of the fees so the vehicle can be released

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it THere are severe late fees at copart on this shipment and the vehicle is disabled ... not running... severe crash damage. Cannot get a hold of costumer.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services please i do not need their services again because they made me understand they are the fastest in USHIP but unfortunately they have not had a driver to pick the cars till now. i have gotten a different driver to pick the car am not happy as their services are very slow causing me delays,storage etc
