The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Please I booked this shipment days ahead and gave d service provider ample time to schedule and we have been communicating.i gave address and documents ready against Friday pickup as agreed and only for me to wake up 6hrs ahead of USA time for driver to start giving excuses and telling me he has been engage.such service providers should be removed,he s not serious.i gave him so many days and hours and at the lady minute he messes me up.unacceptable at all

These are the type of drivers we who are not based in the USA want to deal with.very very patient driver,

I see no reason why this shipper should be doing a carry over of affairs that happened in the past.we all are human and we turn to react maybe out of pressure of circumstances.we have communicated well with the shipper but simply reiterated they should b on time because we r behind time with delivery as there is s vessel bound to Africa by Wednesday but cutoff is Tuesday.i see nothing wrong in reiterating to the shipper to deliver on time.i have given my credit card details to shipper already Response from initiallogistics: This customer worked with us previously, and there were a half dozen issues- not the least of which being the fact that uShip had to freeze his account, we had to call the US consulate in two countries, and place a title lien, in order to be paid after the car was delivered. About a month and a half later, we were finally paid. Other shippers had the same issues. He booked us again, and immediately accused us of having been late last time. We would prefer to never work with this gentleman again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The provider surprised me,
Says I should pay 150$ before pick up which I offered 100$ Since am not conversant with him but he refused ,
Got angry I offered him 100$ an left the whole thing

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Response from NewEnglandTransporters: I waited for quite some time. The copart location advised me to leave. They said they would not be releasing the vehicle at any point that day. Sorry it was not ready.
