It is never true that you could not reach me, Catherine in Uship is my withness We called and texted with no reply Uship even sent threat messages to block ur account if no response still no feedback Then I agreed with Uship to sign u off as in cancel the transaction

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper feels I misrepresented my business and/or services. Shipper excepted my offer for a weekend day. Then when contact was made said it can only be done m-f. Waist of my time for excepting my offer knowing it couldn't be done. No details that is was in a lot that closes before 5pm. As I see it is relisted.. still no details that the lot it is in is m-f and closes before 5pm.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We had agreed that I cold only pick this up at 12 am 5/13/15.After the bid was accepted, I was contacted by the customer, by text, and stated he was in Ghana. He said his shipper, Lorie, who is in Texas, was going to contact me, and gave me a phone number.I called, but, I never got anyone on the phone. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We have been on the pick up of this same car for over two weeks now, This broker has made my car sit in the yard for long then suddenly the driver or broker comes that he wants to cancel the shipment, It is very unfair the way some Uship drivers treat we or some of us customers from Africa

The customer is unhappy even though we are still within our stated time frame (5 business days) for the pick up of his vehicle. He has stated that he hates brokers so we have decided to cancel and allow him to attempt and find a carrier for his shipment.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider told me he s a government worker so works with Uship only on weekends, I specified the car is in auction yet he placed a bid on the car wasting my time,

I first asked if it could be done on weekend. After a day of no responce, I offered a bid for a Saturday. Shipper excepted my bid. Then told me can only be done m-f and place closed at 5pm. Ot is in my profile and shipping term I can only do weekend trips.
