The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Vehicle was not ready for pickup when carrier arrived He requested the carrier to pay for the vehicle at the auction and the carrier was not comfortable with the situation. We are no longer able to arrange this transport and do not wish to waste any more of Ngong's time.

i only asked driver to pay storage and be refunded at dropoff which he refused,but no problem as another carrier has picked and droppedoff,thanks

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer has several brokers working on this shipment for him, which makes it next to impossible to get his vehicles moved. We have asked several times for him to cancel with his other companies but have not been able to make any progress with the customer. Best of luck with your shipment sir.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer has worked with us previously. He withheld payment for almost a month- then left us a poor review with no justification. We had to involve uShip, the DOT, the authorities both in America and in his home country in order to be paid money advanced on his behalf. We have no plan to work with this customer ever again. Had we known in advance we would have never placed a bid in the first place.

it is never true because the time frame given by provider did not hold and i ended up paying more on on storage,Smith is a very arrogant guy to clients,i have even read some of the negative and cancellation comments on his profile from clients,so thats how the provider is,am sure those with a positive feedback wher managed by the drivers who did the work for Smith.but all the same Smith,please work on ur relationship with clients and also improve your standards.just and advise

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward after calling the number on uship i was asked to call another number which was not on uship,i finally was told they could not pick the car till friday which was uncomfortable for me,the driver was far off in Philadelphia and no where close to baltimore as i need the shipment in the port asap,so i changed my mind and got a different driver to pick the car as soon as possible.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time it was agreed that by thursday they would pick the car,i pleaded that by tuesday they should pick the car,the provider told me She would see what she can do but did not confirm,i was in my office when i received a mail titled"copart Accent URGENT",It was then i realised that there was even a driver in the yard already,frankly there was storage of upto 230$ of which i had prepared a money order to pay by wednesday,then i pleaded with the provider to ask the driver to pay which he refused.

Customer has 4 broker companies working on his shipment and will not cancel any contracts. We have advised the customer of the difficulty in shipping his vehicle when he has 4 companies trying to ship his vehicle. Customer still refuses to work with a company directly, even after signing a contract through uship. Best of luck Ngong.
