they were great! brought my kitten from breeder in iowa to me in vegas. great communication, i almost couldnt be there for the drop off so they were flexible and talked to my mom and were gonna drop him off there instad but i made it at the last minute so they dropped him off to me. my mom loved them too. they took great care of my cat, he arrived happy and healthy. his wife even kept him in her lap for most of the drive since he hates cat carriers, just to keep him happy. arrived at scheduled time. they were very nice and offered to keep my kitten if i changed my mind lol.
