When she died, my mother left behind Rascal, an 11 year old Boston Terrier and my sister Helen, a 56 year old retarded woman. Originally, I was to care for Helen and Rascal, but my health prevented and it was decided they would move to NJ where four other sisters could divide the work between them. I didn't want to put Rascal in the cargo hold of an airplane and was relieved to find U Ship on the internet. I selected Mike to drive Rascal to NJ instead. The best part about going through U Ship was the feed back provided by other customers. In this way, I was able to select the person I thought best for the job. Happily, I did find the best. Mike was compassionate and caring of Rascal's well being. He showed up on time and took a little extra time to get to know Rascal before they left. After they left, Mike called me each night. The second day, Rascal was tired and Mike felt she wasn't doing as well as she should. She has been through a rough time recently and it has been very confusing to her and probably a little depressing, too. Because of this, Mike drove late into the night to deliver Rascal. Once she was with her family again, Rascal perked up. I will always be grateful to Mike for those phone calls and the other extras he put into taking care of our "Little Rascal".
