Sheldon was great! they shipped my kitten from iowa to vegas and did so quickly and for a great price. great communication, and brought my kitty to me healthy and happy. apparently he wasnt happy about being in a cat carrier so his wife kept him in her lap most of the drive to keep him happy. i even had an emergency and wasnt gonna be there for the drop off so they had talked to my mom to change and drop off to her. i ended up being abe to be there, but my mom thought they were great too. A+
