Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I returned the shipping customers call at 217pm today January 15th I was in a area of poor cell phone reception at the time I have also texted the shipper immediately once I saw there was a cancellation request

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer canceled an already booked load picking up same location and delivering in same state, which was contingient on this load for the pay per mile.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer called late yesterday saying piece could not be picked up or delivered on his desired date? We indicated pick up the 29 or possibly 30th depending on scheduled shipments. Customer did not indicate this was not acceptable? Not sure why now canceling, likeliness of someone pick up today and delivering today are slim. We can commit to picking up tomorrow and delivering the following day.
