Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We attempted to recover this vehicle but the detailed information provided via the uship order was wrong. We did communicate with the customer who then said he had the ideal trailer for the job. We went to collect the trailer at our expence and the trailer provided was smaller than our own trailer. We did however agree in principal to purchase the trailer and while we were trying to reach an acceptable price we found one identical for $900. Yes the customer did try and get hold of us but due to

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We recovered this vehicle as agreed. However due to the previous issue we had, it was decided to deliver both vehicles at the same time. We were waiting for a break in our scheduled deliveries to attend to this problem. The customer was contacted and we are attending to resolve this issue by Wednesday next week. The customer is aware of this.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer after trying to call customer allday driver got to location pickup and shipper wants to us to pay for storage fees which were not related to our shipping dates offered to pay half of storage fees but customer said he did not have any money to pay his half until the next day our driver could not wait that long since we have other pickups and apppointments to cater for....we hope uship looks into this because after going through uship profile it looks like its a pattern with this shipper service p

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer misrepresented himself.Before I accepted his shippment,I ask him if the vehicle was driveable.He said it was,after going to retrieve this unit I found out it wasn't.I talked to the staff at the place where it was and they told me he has sent someone before to retrieve it under the same impression,it was driveable,and it isn't.

A flake will always claim it is smebody else's fault. The posting clearly states inoperable, first excuse was that their trailer broke, then that she had the flu, then that they do not have the equipment. Beware of flake transporters that do not fulfill their contractual obligations. Excuses are never acceptable, only compliance is acceptable.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was informed by the customer that he wanted me to pay for the storage fees for this vehcile at the auction house out of my pocket. I am not really comfortable with this because he never let me know about the late fees before hand. The late fees are not due to me running behind schedual and not my responcebility. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Transporter wanted this transport so badly that I agreed to award him the bid even though it meant waiting a week and delaing with the storage for that week. Now he says it snowed in NY, it always snows in NY and what does that have to do with honoring your contract? Transporter should deliver and pay all storage fees due to his negligence OR be barred from dealing with dishonesty with other people who contract transports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider first the shipper said they can pick up withing 5 days and after accepting the bid, they say they have no idea when they can pick up. that is worthless, dependable transporters are necessary and not transporters that flake out and change their stories.

That's not true shiper told me that the shipment was a 2007 ford van when I got to Denver for pickup it was a 2007 ford bus weighing 14,500lbs called shiper to make sure that I was in the correct place told him that they were trying to load a bus on too my trailer after discussing with the shiper we came to a agrement on 1200 due to the weight and size and ask if he would wire half of payment to me and he did so drove sevendy miles from Denver and had a blow out on my trailer had it repaired and

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The bid was accepted on the basis of the vehicle being picked up on 11/11. It was not picked up, so I notified transporter they would be liable for storage charges after 11/11, they stated they would pay the storage charges however they got caught in a lie, they are saying storage charges start on 11/09, before I purchased the vehicle and they want me to pay $50 more. Excuses by anybody is NOT acceptable, lies are a deal killer. I prefer to deal with an honest and truthful transporter.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This transporter bid on and was awarded the transport of this vehicle two weeks ago, after it was awarded, she called and said her trailer broke but she could make the truck run and deliver by driving, two weeks later, she now says "im not equipped for hauling". Storage charges accumulate at the rate of $25 per day and this transporter has failed to meet her contractual obligations. Therefore I request a cancellation and need to find a transporter that can do as they contract to do.

This shipper misrepresented himself,when I placed this bid it was for driveaway,then when I get the delivery,and call him he said it might need to be hauled I would just need to look at it.The lady at the place where this truck was,told me someone had already tried to retreive this truck,but was unsuccessful because it has a broken axle.The shipper mislead this delivery
