The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer told me that the auto auction would forklift the 6500 pound wrecked van on to my flatbed trailer. Before going to pick up, I asked the customer if he was positive they would forklift it on and he said yes several times. Afer driving 3 hours 1 way,I get to the pick up address and I,m told that they cant forklift it on. No way could this front damaged van be winched on to the trailer as the customer suggested in his cancellation. I do have a winch

Hmmm, a transporter without a winch? Auctions load and stated it could be loaded, no issues, if transporter changes his mind, such is life

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Bid was accepted 7/3/11. I was then told I had to be approved by NASA-process should take a couple of days. There was no more communication until I arrived in Houston 7/12. I call the customer he said he hasnt received an approval and would email me that evening. On 7/13 I called again-still no approval. Customer became irate saying I knew this could take a while. He told me it could take days not weeks. I called him around noon to inform him I was leaving because I had a pick up in Austin.

Transporter failed to wait for approval by NASA to enter premises, he was approved the day he chose not to pick up.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have contacted this customer to notify him that my trailer for this shipment has broken and it would be a few days before I would be able to pick up his load. The customer was very rude and i will not do business with someone with a professional attitude like this.

Transporter failed to pick up the vehicle when scheduled, one week later he called saying his trailer broke a few days earlier. Perfect example of a transporter NOT to be used as lies and excuses accomplish nothing

Very good to work with. Vehicle was stuck in gear and they were very paitiant while I got it loaded at Auction. Will haul for anytime.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the auction will not load the vehicle and the transporter does not have a winch to winch the vehicle up his trailer.

Customer assured me that the auction service would load the wrecked van onto my flatbed trailer with a forklift. Upon arriving at the auction business after a 3 hour drive,I was told that they would not forklift the van onto my trailer. No way can this front wrecked van be winched onto the trailer. The wheels wont roll, they are caved in ! I do have a winch.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Montway contracted with a transporter but transporter fell asleep at the wheel and was in an accident. My vehicle was totalled. Not Montways fault but contracted transporter was unable to deliver the vehicle as theirs was also totalled.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Informed transporter he would need to be cleared by the NASA prior to being admitted to pick up filters. NASA approved transporter the day that was scheduled but transporter said he was no longer interested in this load as he was full and on the way to deliver what he had.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time One week AFTER transporter was to pick up vehicle, he called with a lame excuse that he would try in a week or two, that his trailer broke a few days earlier. Excuses are excuses. This is an example of a wanna be transporter that should be avoided like the plague. His laziness and lies cost me $500 in storage fees

I offered to pay the ($200.00) in storage fees that you told me it costed you. I am at fault for not contacting you earlier. I am not a "wanna be". Just new to load boards and did not handle it properly. I DID NOT lie about anything. I told you my trailer broke and as everyone can see now, you lost your professional touch and flew off the handle at me. Thank you and have a blessed day...
