The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This load was scheduled in a route along with other shipments. He wanted another shipment picked up that he didnt complete and fax the paperwork with suffecient amount of time. So, he took it upon himself to move the Exhaust system filters to the following day without even calling me? It was when I arrived at the Filter facility that it became clear he wanted it cancelled. I had to hand load and unload this shipment that took at least 2 hours in the sun which he also hasnt paid me for?

Great people to deal with, everything was as he said at the pick up and they were waiting to help unload with payment in hand at the delivery. The only problem I had was I enjoyed visiting with his dad to much and did not want to leave. I hope to do more for them in the future.

The listing did unclear size dimensions and the customer accepted the bid without communicating that to us prior. We called the auction after the bid was accepted and found out this vehicle was bigger than the brief description that was given.

What a liar. Franks booked the load stating they had a truck nearby and would pick up within 5 days. Two weeks later they sent an email saying they could not find a transporter and of course they blame the customer.
Same outcome as last time I attempted to use them, do not make the same mistake of depending on thes brokers that do nothing other than blame others for their failures.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were in Dallas Monday 5/9 finishing transport of VW Beetle, on our way to pickup 2008 Chevy Van (Longview-Georgetown) our driver had a flat tire accident, he got injured and our transport damaged (inoperable) We don't have any carriers to assist on load at the moment for a timely shipment. Typical worthless lies and excuses. Transporter was awarded the bid and one week later, AFTER the auction started charging storage charges did the transporter call with his lame excuse. Originally he was supposed to pick up the van on a timely basis but the no-show pattern emerged immediately with an ultimate flat tire excuse. Flaky people will always provide an excuse. Upfront and honest people will always provide a solution.
