I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Broker had my van picked up over a month ago and refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls. Have now reported the van as stolen as my van dissapeared. NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS THIEF AS A BROKER. He charged my credit card for his fees and my van dissapeared. Pretty sharp thief perhaps, charge you to steal your van.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider had a week to pick up the van, I emailed and called. Only after I am being charged storage charges did the service provider decide to communicate via cancellation. This is absolutely unacceptable and would NEVER USE THIS TRANSPORTER again. Response from fatdaddyone: I have been at the hospital with my son who was run down by drunk driver late sunday hoping and preying that he lives, he is more important to me than your shipment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Bid was awarded a few days ago and have not heard back from transporter. Time is a huge factor since this is an auction vehicle and storage charges add up quickly. Need to have somebody pick it up sooner rather than later. Not bad mouthing transporter as things happen, flat tires, etc. but time and communication are huge factors.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have called and emailed service provider a number of times to find out why he did not pick up the travel trailer when he stated he would. When somebody did answer, they hung up on me. I had to award the transport to somebody else due to no response and storage fees. Response from superiorautotow: A customer had moved and did not notify us and would not answer their phone. We had to locate them before we could deliver and collect. There was a delay in finding them. We sent emails explaining the situation. We regret not being able to fulfill Precision Motor's shipment. They are fine business people and we understand their cancellation. We offered to pay the extra storage fees and to haul other parts at no cost. The delay was beyond our control.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider stated vehicle would be picked up within 2 days after booking. When I sent an email to confirm, service provider responded saying vehicle would not be picked up for another 10-14 days and that will not work.
