The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i contacted the driver the day of the bid that i accepted ..driver said he would pick up on monday or tues.. never show up, after contacting him he had no ideal of what shipment he was to be picking up and wanted me to tell him. and where they were going. then uses the excuse of the listing time frame of pickup when it was HIM THAT MADE THE PICK UP DATE and had me waiting for 2 days. then uses the excuse of the weather.. which is understandable.. but it its his respondsibility to contact the cu

POLICE REPORT BEEN FILE FOR STOLEN PROPERTY ,DRIVER REFUSES TO DELIVER AFTER PICKUP .DID NOT MEET THE DATE HE SAID HE WOULD DELIVER BUY CHRISTMAS, HAD BUYER WAITING FOR DAYS AND NEVER SHOWED UP, STILL HAS MY CABINET, HE IS FULL OF EXCUSES THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE , HOLDS CABINET FOR RANSOM AFTER HE HAS IT FOR WEEKS. 1ST CABINET WAS DESTORED & WILL NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR CLAIM, USHIP HAS ASK HIM FOR THE INFORMATION & HAS REFUSED. TOTAL LOSS OF 5,000 & HE STILL HAS MY CABINET

This is by far the worst experience with a vendor in 20 years. The sheer dishonesty with their own clients extends to dishonest interactions with the shipper. We deliver for dozens of quality custom builders. I never, ever leave a bad review for anything. Their sheer gall to fabricate is comparable to the national election. Their MO is contract manipulation and they only pay when they were coerced. It's no surprise that when their customers refuse their product, they refuse to accept a return.
