A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I removed the quote for this customer yesterday late afternoon early evening since my driver already left area. The shipper was still able to book this at about 1030 or 11pm last night. Not sure if the app or program had not refreshed but we were three hours out area so can’t accommodate this late booking. I sent message to cust around 4 since they had multiple offers on board, no response. Sorry, the pick up was time sensitive which is why I cancelled quote.
