I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have never met anyone as rude, unreasonable, and condescending as this person. She acts as if she's better than anyone else and treats her shippers like trash. Unfortunately, we have some basic self respect and have asked her to cancel the shipments because we will not work with such a person. She goes onto slander us that we were late for a pickup even after I sent a screen shot. Today is 02/10 and the pickup window is 02/09 - 02/12. Our attorney will be getting involved. Unacceptable! Response from Penny S.: i contacted the driver the day of the bid that i accepted ..driver said he would pick up on monday or tues.. never show up, after contacting him he had no ideal of shipment he was to be picking up and wanted me to tell him. and where they were going. then uses the excuse of the listing time frame of pickup when it was HIM THAT MADE THE PICK UP TIME. i have 2 shipments .had me waiting for 2 days. then uses the excuse of the weather.which is understandable. but he should have contact me of delay

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Customer sends a text message at 9 PM asking about the pickup time of a shipment. This is the first text message from her ever, so I do not know who's phone number it is. Even though it's after hours, I ask if she could provide the origin and destination and/or shipment ID number so that I can pull her order up. She right away gets all insulted and aggressive and goes on a wild rant unlike anything I've heard before. So rude, disrespectful, and unreasonable. I asked her to cancel the shipment. Response from Penny S.: i called at 9pm because you had me waiting for 2 days that YOU SET UP..to pick up shipments. then use the excuse of the listing dates to cover yourself,when you are the one that told me the days of pick up, all of this is a lie, to cover your lack of responsibility , to blame someone else for your faults. after being told "YOU WERE DOING ME A FAVOR" AND "YOU CANT READ MY MINE". i cancel the order.you are the one that is rude, i have your text.you are the one slandering me

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accidentally clicked it pick up. But never wad able to do the pick up as the furniture was at another facility that would not get back in time. There was a miscommunication issue as well I believe with both us. I was not going to able to wait till the furniture arrived so just moved along as I had to get back out east towards MD.
