The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the bar could not fit in the truck.. driver picked up many shipments i had and the bar did not have room.. bar measured over 6ft.. very happy with driver and will use again

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time please cancel . the shipper emailed when he was picking up but it was at the last minute.. no time to respond, and it was 8.00pm at night.. I have emailed there is no respond, I have also provide my phone number for him to call.. no calls... I only got an email.. and I only received it at 10.00pm. shipper should have contacted me by phone.. and let me know.. or emailed me back.. please refund my money

I no longer need my item(s) shipped the shippment has been canceled due to item does not need shipped.. the driver did not pick up in time that was said to pick up and it has been 3 weeks.. the service is no longer needed and they could not want any longer, i emailed and called, their response was the truch had broke down and it would be another 2 weeks.. i was not informed of the break down and that it would be another 2 weeks until i have called, they also told me through email and not by phone, commuication is very poor... i ju

My truck motor blew up! It is a driver's worst nightmare. I got new truck & had it sericed with new liftgate, etc and it took two weeks. I informed the shipper and she asked me thru email to contact her buyer to tell her of our situation. I did and the buyer said it was fine. The next day, shipper requested cancellation without even contact me, poor communication...I called for 3 days and still calling, but no response. Poor communication indeed!
