The 1st provider didn't do anything he said he would do and never did pick up the dog. But Cozy pets, kept in contact with us and were very courteous and helpful. I almost decided not to try uship again after the 1st experience but I am so glad I did. My dog was very well cared for and I felt I was too! Thanks, I had to move and couldn't take my dog so my son was taking her for me. She would have arrived for my 3 year old granddaughter.s birthday had the first provider picked her up one of the times he said he would, she was very disappointed but thanks to Marie and John Peppers the dog arrived in time for my grandsons 9th birthday. I would recommend Uship to anyone, just remember to read the comments section before booking with anyone, and remember communication is the key to a happy shipper and service provider!!
