The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pick up was supposed to happen on Wednesday, never happened and no call. I called voicemail it was full, had to text and finally got message back saying he broke down and he would pick up Friday, never any times given, but he was supposed to be 1 hour out and never called or showed up. He finally got in touch and never offered an excuse but said he would pick up on Saturday. I waited all day Saturday and he didn't show up. Sunday I got a message saying his son had an asthma attack and he would p

I was traveling with my son who had a severe asthma attack. I notified the customer and told her I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled for 3 days later on a sunday but could not give a definite time for pick up as I had to pick up a boat prior to picking up her dog. indicate is the pick up would be quite late. we arrived in her town at 2 am in the morning I called at least 20 times with no answer. I wish I could have waited till amore reasonable hour but I needed to maintain schedule.
