Sherry called within minutes of us accepting her bid, to make sure she had all the right contact info correct and to figure out a timline that worked for everybody. She kept us updated up until pick up, then kept contact with us until delivery!! She was very personable & cared for our pups like they were her own!! When it was time to put the pups into our super extra large crate from her large crate (that she provided), she carried (not walked) one of the 50- 65 lbs pups to our truck!! I'm not sure many shippers would do that! Thats a big pup!!! Now we got our pups home & they gotta get to work guarding our goats & sheep!!! Thanks very much Sherry!
