Steve was able to pick up my dog with very little notice. He was very professional and stayed in contact the entire time. He and his wife are great and truly are a dynamic duo. They will be my shippers of choice. I have been burned by a ushipper and was trying again with the faith that it can't happen twice and I am thrilled to say that it didn't. I wish I knew about these two for my first shipment.
