I had to ship two cats from Aberdeen to Cambridge. The first provider I tried wasn't able to complete the job because of mechanical difficulties, but by the same afternoon I had managed to get another provider lined up who could do the same job within two days!
The cats were well looked after and I was kept well informed the whole journey as to their progress. I liked being able to see the providers feedback and their credentials before I booked and it was great that I didn't have to trawl through loads of companies myself.
Very easy to use, and I will definitely use again! Our provider was also very accommodating of our disabilities which was very reassuring.
