Wanting to ship Sherlock to Texas was a big concern for us as we were going to fly him out but he would have had a long layover in Detroit, caged the entire time and would have been alone.The trip would have been about 12 hours & he was to arrive in a new home with people who were strangers to him. We didnt want that kind of stress for him being 15 mos & aware, so we found Norm from Small Animal Delivery and though there were unprecedented storms in the North East, he still came and picked up Sherlock, keeping him riding by his side the entire trip, caring for him and the two became great pals on the trip.This was so much better for Sherlock~!! Then when he arrived in Texas, he was happy and calm and met & bonded immediately with his new owners. We couldnt be happier with our choice to use Norm's services through U-Ship & now whenever we need to ship a pet anywhere, we will definitely contact Norm through U-Ship~!! I totally recommend his services for anyone that wants to ship an animal anywhere, as he has the perfect way with them and keeps them safe and secure on their journey.Norm kept in contact with us the entire trip and gave updates on Sherlock all the time. He definitely is in this business because he cares so much and is so good with animals [ and people] I cant emphasize enough how highly I recommend Norm.
