We raise,train, hunt, and breed beagles here in Spartanburg, SC. I have always wanted a silver beagle, but not many people have them that are from hunting stock, so finally I found Melissa from SOK kennels. She just had a litter and had one silver male left. I just had to have it, but we live almost 1000 miles apart, so the drive was not feasible, and the flights were outrageous. We searched for two weeks and Melissa recommended that I try Uship, on the second day of my posting Paul Shaw contacted me and we traded questions all day, until he posted a bid that evening, and then I okayed his bid. Paul had to work with me and also the breeder in order to ensure the pup was ready and taken care of before and during the trip. I have a great breeder that cared for the pup and we agreed on everything for the pup. Paul contacted the breeder and arranged pick up and then he drove all night to get the pup to me the next day. He drove almost 1000 miles and arrived 20 minutes before me along the interstate. Everything was fine and the puppy even sleep almost all the way home. We got home and the puppy was in the house and we got 4 inches of snow in SC, guess the pup brought it with him. Paul Shaw and his wife Mary took great care of my new pup and brought it to me so quick that all of our back-up plans were never needed. I will definately use Uship again.
