Paul was very courteous through the entire process, and also explained to me how uship worked since this was my first time. After that he was very prompt on the pick up of our new puppy, I was actually on the phone with him while he was picking up the pup at the breeder, then I received updates throughout the night and the next morning up until I met him to pick up the pup. Paul was so accurate that we met him at the pickup only 20 minutes after he arrived. I would use Paul's service anyday!!

This little beagle pup couldn't have been any closer to the NY & Canadian Border at the Pick-Up. We loved having him along with us for the long trip we were on to Ft Lauderdale, FL. I was happy to unite him to his new "Daddy" in South Carolina within 24 hours! He was one adorable lil pup!
