We needed to ship my son's Kawasaki Ninja from LA to NY. After being in LA only a few months my 18 year old son decided it was not for him and wanted desperately to get back to NY ASAP. Bill Marshall and his crew were very accommodating as to the urgency and timing of picking this bike and from my initial contact with Bill to the time the bike was picked up amounting to not more than a week. The bike was picked up along with a couple of boxes and a desk and the next morning my son was on a plane home. The bike arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. The amount to ship the bike was extremely reasonable, we had some quotes from $575 to $1900. Bill's personal attention was outstanding!
