Absolutely great to work with. Our bike was picked up in LA by promised time and delivered within the week to our home on Long Island. We were kept updated on status of pick up and delivery. Shippers were also available via telephone/cell phone whenever we had a question. Emails were answered within minutes. Shipper was very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone.
