This was our first experience with USHIP, and unfortunately, we got off to a bad start with our first try. We needed a small piano moved across the country and, since it was for a nonprofit group, we needed it shipped cheaply.
The first shipper we chose turned out to be a total flake. After months of excuses and putting us off, they finally "went out of business."
I decided to give USHIP one last chance. Not only did USHIP refund my entire original fee without a hassel (even after the refund deadline) but the second shipper we selected offered a lower bid than the first.
This second shipper was absolutely fantastic! They took extraordinarily good care of our piano during transport, but communicated with us all along the way for added assurance.
Our piano arrived safe and sound and on time! What a great experience and what a great online service.
