I have never used this type of transport before when shipping my puppies. Last time I shipped a puppy, the airlines lost them for 2 days. LITERALLY. My shippers were awesome. I have never seen anything like this before, and I will never, never, never use the airlines again because of this awesome experience. I couldn't ask for anything better than what I got. The receiver was very happy with the puppy when she arrived at her destination. The puppy was clean, happy and smelled really good. These people were awesome. I can't commend them any more. The price was perfect for the care the puppy received.
