Travis picked up within a few days of purchasing my '02 Nissan pickup from Texas and he had it in San Diego CA within a few days after that. He kept me informed and was accommodating when it came to dropping off, in terms of time and simply where we could actually unload. Overall, it was about as good as the auto-shipping experience gets.
