I booked my RV move three weeks in advance. As the shipment date neared the shipper would not commit. As a first time uShip user I was unsure of how to deal with this. I needed my shipment to move so I posted a second ad. I found a fantastic shipper with loads of positive feedback and my RV was delivered as promised. I then learned how to cancel a shipment (along with the option to re-post). It took 72 hours to receive a credit from my original booking. To me I would expect this to be instantaneous, especially given the nature of the shipping business. But overall a good platform to bridge a terrific group of service providers with their future customers.
