this was our first time shipping and everyone from Jack(the pick-up where we purchased roadster from) who turned us own to u-ship, the staff at u-ship who answered our questions, and the provider were very helpful and cooperative from beginning to end. We had some booking date problems on our end but again everyone was so understanding asnd coooperative. we will definatly use u-ship in the future.
