The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment One generic email is the only communication I received from the broker which is why I prefer to book directly with independent drivers.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There is a scheduling conflict with my departure and arrival out of Phoenix.

Communication was just a tad bit off - the driver had already picked up the car early in the morning and I was notified by Swift that the car was going to be picked up later that day. Other than that it was a really great experience.
