I liked their service and I would use DAS again. I like the ability to track my vehicle and call customer service when their is a problem. However, the hub and spoke system doesn't work too well for me. What I mean by that is your vehicle may get picked up and dropped of a few times before it reaches your destination; very similar to the same system the airlines use. I also don't care to pay all that money up front only to wait a couple of weeks for me vehicle to arrive.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Myra & Kelly delivered as promise. They found a driver who would ship my vehicle at the appointed time. My hats off to them as I would use them again. The driver however was not so cooperative. The driver was advised not to rev the engine up as it would cause damage. He totally ignored the request and revved the vehicle up so high that it rendered it inoperable. Therefore, leaving the vehicle to be pushed back into the parking space. Thanks for nothing driver.

We regret that our customer had trouble with the driver, however the customer was quick to communicate problems so that we could be aware of the situation. In any situation communication is key for us to be able to help however possible. Unforunately, in this case, there was nothing more we could do and we refunded the customers money of course. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service Provider will unable to pick up the vehicle until Thursday. Storage facility wants the vehicle moved by Monday.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After several attempts to contact this shipper via phone, voicemail, and email, I could not get a response. This shipper is very unreliable and has poor communication. This is my first time using this service and it turned out for the worse. This shipper left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I will go this route again.
